Event Details

This month it's our first birthday and we have the following speakers:

  • Daley Chetwynd - Behaviour-Driven Development in Python using Lettuce
  • Andrew Spencer - Experiences in Developing a GUI-Driven Python Program for an Engineering Application
  • Simon Davy - The Python Standard Library: The Good Parts
All are welcome. Doors open: 6.45pm. Meeting starts: 7.00pm.

Python is an interpreted dynamic language available on all major platforms and is used for a huge variety of different tasks.

At the monthly Python Sheffield meeting we discuss and learn about all aspects of the Python programming language.  The group is open to anyone with an interest in Python, including experienced Pythonistas, occasional Python users and those wishing to learn more about Python.

If you would like to lead a group discussion, lightning talk, presentation or practical coding session, or suggest a topic, get in touch in the Google Group or via @pysheff on Twitter.
